Information on exchanges and returns

No returns or exchanges

  • Nukak products is all upcycled so they may have dirt and little damages on surface. Please have closer look at the photos.
  • There may be slight color differences depending on your monitor specifications.
  • There may be slight size differences(1-2cm) depending on way of measuring.
 
 
 

Product management

FLEX BANNER

  • For products using advertising banners, the internal colors and graphics may differ from the images above.
  • It is a 100% waterproof material, so wipe it with a wet towel when the product is contaminated, and refrain from washing.
  • Burn the white thread appearing while using lightly with a lighter.

KITESURF

  • It is very weak to fire. Be careful when using it in a high-temperature environment. (The heat in summer is irrelevant.)
  • Wash lightly by hand when it is dirty.

INNERTUBE

  • For products using tire, the unique patterns and textures may vary due to material nature.
  • There may be a slight rubber smell when used.
